The Other Guise Theatre - 2025 Summer Day Camps
Other Guise Theatre is excited to offer day camps this summer for young people who are enthusiastic about performing and theatre arts! Whether your child has been involved in theatre before or is brand new and wants to explore the world of drama, our weekly programs have something for everyone. Each week will offer an exploration into different elements of performance such as music, choreography, acting, scene work, improv, and devising, culminating in a friday afternoon showcase that parents are encouraged to attend. Each week campers will arrive and check in. Warm up games and various activities (depending on age) will happen in the morning. Lunch hour will be held from 12-1 where the class will take a walk to Centennial Square, The Atrium, or Broughton street Library depending on weather. After lunch the class will learn scenes, songs, and choreo in preparation for the Friday showcase! All under the mentorship of our counselors who are not only qualified in teaching drama but are first aid and cpr certified, as well as a teaching assistant, campers will learn to work as a team to support their fellow performers while being given the tools to embrace theatricality, take risks, and shine on stage!
Register before May 14 for a $25 discount.
