All booking requests must be submitted via the Booking Request Form. We are a small team - please allow up to 10 business days for us to respond to your inquiry!
We recommend submitting your request at least two months in advance to ensure we can plan effectively for your event. While we do our best, we may not be able to accommodate short-notice requests. All bookings are confirmed based on the event details provided and our team’s capacity at the time of your request.

*Please note that rates may vary based on your event needs and schedule - an estimate/quote will be provided based on your Booking Request. Please ensure to provide as much detail as possible so that we can provide an accurate quote. All items are subject to GST. Staffing needs are determined by venue's discretion.
As a nonprofit arts space, we strive to balance accessibility with the operational costs required to keep our venue running sustainably. If you are working within a specific budget, please let us know in your inquiry form, we’re always happy to have a conversation and will do our best to find an arrangement that supports both your project and our space.Â
About the Venue
Max Venue Capacity is 150 (including all staff and artists)
Seated Theatre Capacity is approx. 90 and may differ depending on room setup, event needs, and furniture. Risers have been added to offer better visibility to the stage.
Our Cabaret/Lounge is also available to rent! Perfect for smaller gatherings, markets, workshops, karaoke, storytelling, art shows and more! (4 x 8 stage included - this is geared towards non-amplified events). Capacity is determined by event. Curious? Let us know in your form!

For an event where only a microphone, speaker, and audio playback is needed and a technician is not needed - a small admin fee will be applied for setup and usage.
